This was a good interview with straightforward questions. The interviewers knew what they were looking for in a candidate. It wasn't a hard interview, just standard questions for an entry-level position.

The whole thing took about a month. The first interview went great, but then I didn't hear anything for like two weeks. They called me back for a second interview, and the manager said they'd call me by a specific day, but they never did. I guess I didn't get it. They seemed to like me, but I guess that wasn't enough. It's a bummer because I really wanted this job. For employers out there, if you call someone for a second interview, at least give them a courtesy call back or just choose the person you want instead of wasting people's time and gas.

You'll be interviewed by 2 managers, and possibly the VP too. The interview is about an hour. They'll take notes on your resume while asking questions and tell you about the accounting department. They decide then and there if they'll hire you. My expectations after the interview were good, but the reality of the job wasn't.
