It was a quick interview process, partly online and partly in person. The questions were pretty basic, touching on both my skills and my personality. I ended up meeting with four different people from various positions within the company. Everyone I met was really nice.

It was a really long process. I had to go back three times over three weeks to finish my interviews because the managers were all busy. My start date also got pushed back by two weeks.

My interview process with DDC was efficient and everything was well communicated. When I first arrived I was greeted by Gabrielle and then taken to a conference room to be interviewed by my now department manager and direct supervisor. They were both amazing and made me feel at ease. After a period of questioning I was taken by Gabrielle to do a very short computer test for competency. After that I was finished with my interview and waited a very short period of time before hearing back from Gabrielle (HR) that I was being offered the position. After that it was a matter of completing the drug screen, background check and pre-employment checklist. It was by far one of the easiest onboardings that I have gone through.

The interview process was great. Very straightforward, everything was explained and the interviewees were open to all questions. Taking the drug screening was difficult because I was asked to drive 8 hours because the holding company's partnership with the screening lab didn't have a facility in my area. Luckily, DDC was able to tell the holding company that an 8 hour drive for a drug screening was ridiculous so the holding company was willing to pay $40 for the test to someone that they did not have a contractual obligation with.
