Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DMS Logistics (Brazil).
Intern
I found both interviews with HR and the manager to be quite relaxed, though a bit informal, which isn't really my preference because I don't think it conveys much credibility. The interview with the manager had questions that didn't seem very relevant.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Intern
Great experience! I've already had 2 interviews. The English interview was easy, done via call. The group activity requires a slide presentation. The company has charismatic, attentive, and empathetic human recruiters. Excellent team! I really appreciate the experience I had.
- What motivates you to work at DMS in this occupation
Intern
The interview process was very dynamic, interesting, and clarifying regarding the role, position, company, and next steps. The HR team was well-organized for managing the selection process, always clarifying any doubts or questions that might arise.
- Could you tell us about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your career aspirations?
- What is your English proficiency level?
