First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DMS.
Account Manager
It was a pretty easy interview process, very relaxed. I interviewed with a committee and they made a quick decision. They offered a fair start date. They clearly defined expectations and I met with my future colleagues. Benefits were outlined at the first meeting. We went over the client portfolio and discussed future opportunities.
- What is your experience?
- What salary do you expect?
- What are your goals and aspirations?
Software Engineer
It was a quick and well-organized interview. The interviewer reviewed my resume and experience, asking about the project categories I've worked on and how that experience relates to the job I applied for.
- Can you tell me what you know about microservices?
Systems Engineer
It was a great interview. They asked some difficult questions, but I managed to pass. The interview panel was very nice and calm, so I didn't panic and handled it well.
- Could you write a C# program?
Consultant
The interview process was quite long. I had to wait three weeks just to get an email. After that, I had a first round interview. The next stage was a one-hour technical interview where they asked many questions related to the role.
- Can you introduce yourself?
