First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DMi.
Software Engineer
It was a standard process designed to understand my knowledge of different technologies, my past experiences, and how I've used various tools. They asked questions in a friendly way and assured me they'd offer support if I had any gaps in my tech knowledge. It was a really nice interview experience.
- Could you elaborate on your usage of .NET and discuss past projects and any challenges encountered?
SOC Analyst
Had four rounds of interviews, two phone calls and two virtual. One virtual interview was with a single interviewer, and the other was with a panel. Both types of interviews were technical and behavioral, so I had to be ready for cybersecurity concepts and themes, plus other behavioral stuff.
- Can you share an experience of working in a team?
QA Coordinator
I had two in-person interviews for the QA Coordinator role. The first was a general get-to-know-you, and the second focused more on the company's needs and the specifics of the position. Around 10-15 questions were asked in each 45-minute session. A really unique and appreciated aspect was meeting everyone on the team during the interviews, as each person made time to introduce themselves.
- What do you seek in a workplace?
QA Engineer
DMI has a pretty quick interview process. First, there was a technical round, then a coding assignment, and finally a management connect. Everything was virtual, but they didn't have a problem with bringing people in for in-person interviews if needed.
- What is your motivation for joining DMI?
