Got an interview from an on-campus career fair. Had a 30-minute interview that was simple Mechanical engineering questions from various courses. No behavorial questions or any time to talk to the interviewer besides the questions in this stage.

Had an initial hour-long Zoom interview with HR, where they asked some basic technical questions. Then, there was a final four-hour-long Zoom interview. In that second interview, I was given three different sets of technical questions covering debugging, ladder logic, and pseudocode. After the final interview, they contacted me asking for references. One of my references confirmed they were contacted. However, they went silent afterward and never replied to any of my emails. My advice is to avoid this opportunity.

Met someone at a career fair, and then had an on campus interview soon after. It mostly involved filling out worksheets with simple engineering/math problems. Then I was invited for a 5-hour onsite interview day. It included 3 technical interviews covering coding logic, debugging, and design. I could talk through my answers and ask my interviewers, who were engineers, questions. I got a office tour and lunch with the team. Finally, there was a phone screen with an HR person and another with the regional manager.
