The interview involved a written test and a pour test. The interviewer was really arrogant, condescending, and rude. After I messed up a pour, she made me repeat it numerous times for about 15 minutes while other candidates watched, which was really embarrassing and totally uncalled for. It felt like she wanted to humiliate me and drag out an uncomfortable situation unnecessarily. Also, she showed no respect for our time, with all interviews running over an hour late.
