Donna Karan does a lot of hiring through colleges. The interview process was pretty easy. First, I had a casual chat at my college with an HR recruiter. She asked about me, my schooling, my experience, and what kind of internship I was looking for. I saw she had a way of marking people she liked – she'd give them her card if she was interested, but not if she wasn't. Then, it was up to me to email her, and I got scheduled for a second interview with the person I'd be reporting to. They asked pretty much the same things, just with a bit more detail.
