So I got a call on a Friday to schedule an interview and my phone screen broke. I got it fixed pretty quick, but their office was closed so I emailed them and they got back to me on Monday. The person I was emailing thought I had food poisoning. I told them no, I was the one with the phone issues on Friday. Then they said 'you seem to have a lot of problems with your phone. I suggest you get something else.' I replied that I think they had me mixed up with someone else and that my phone issue was isolated and fixed quickly. I get they might have a lot of applicants, but this really shows how disorganized this place is. Turns out the person emailing me is the CEO! Talk about disorganized and not understanding. Can you imagine working for that person? I tried to communicate right away when my phone broke. I missed a call and called back immediately, but all I got was a rude, misunderstood email.

The interview was bold and very communicative. It was a very engaging conversation. I left wanting more and was really excited when I left. I enjoyed talking to the CEO and Sales Manager; they were very friendly. I was challenged, and I wanted and left happy. It was bold and very communicative, a very engaging conversation. This is a formal but laid-back chat that usually lasts between 30 minutes and an hour. The main goal is for DJM to explain the SDR role and how the company operates, while also getting to know you and how your skills could fit with the team.

Three of the upper management people talked with me for about two hours. It was a really interactive interview and they each had a different perspective since they were from 3 different levels of management. They asked some skilled questions and it was very interactive.
