It's a pretty simple process, first there's an online test which gets a bit boring towards the end. If you pass that, you'll get an interview at one of the branches. The interviews themselves are quite straightforward.

This was a long interview, lasting about 90-120 minutes. Mostly they asked me to talk more about things on my resume and then they asked questions about each thing I mentioned. They also asked about my thoughts on cigarettes and if I'd be okay with working where smoking is permitted.

Behavioral

The interview process was straightforward and highly recommended. I had a phone screen and then an onsite interview. Listening to the Joblnterview Experience podcast by Matthew really helped me improve my responses to interview questions. For the past year, I had been applying and interviewing without success, only getting phone screens or face-to-face interviews, but nothing materialized. After listening to Matthew's podcast for a few weeks and taking notes, my first interview resulted in landing my dream job.
