When you get hired, they'll tell you up front that the pay is fixed at 8.50 an hour, with small raises of .25 cents every other semester. You can also get a .50 cent raise for each degree you have, like an associate's or bachelor's. You're allowed to work up to 29 hours a week. There will be two people interviewing you: your direct supervisor and their boss. They'll be dressed formally, even though the job itself is casual dress. They're going to ask you questions about how you'd deal with safety stuff and how good you are with computers. They also want to know why you're interested in this role because it's apparently the best job on campus and gets a lot of applicants.
