First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dixa.
Software Engineer
I actually had two interview processes. The first one started in February and wrapped up in March, 2022. I went through all the interview steps, but after the last one, the role suddenly closed because Dixa had just acquired another company and they were reorganizing. They did tell me I did very well though. Then in September, they reached out saying the position was available again. I had one final interview after that.
- Could you explain your approach to solving the technical challenge?
- What's a programming language you're interested in learning?
- What motivates your job search?
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty good and clear. I had a screening call, then an in-person interview with my soon-to-be colleagues, TT38, and another interview with a manager.
- Could you tell me about your current work experience?
Software Engineer
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and the entire process took about a month. It started with 2 rounds over Skype, followed by an onsite day in their Copenhagen office which had 3-4 rounds. Overall it was a really good experience, the process was well organized and everyone was approachable. Each round mostly involved discussing my experience and what I expect from the job. On the onsite day, I also got to meet the team and learn about their work, challenges, and culture.
- Why are you interested in Dixa?
- Can you explain your current project?
