It started with a recruiter call that was supposed to be quick but ended up being 40-45 minutes long, which was good because I got feedback before meeting the hiring manager. The second interview felt pretty chill, like a good chat, and then a few days later they called to say I was a strong candidate, but they didn't have the setup to train someone new to the role. It's a bummer because they really should have mentioned that upfront before I even had my first call. Overall, it was an okay experience because the recruiter was really apologetic and nice about it all.

It was pretty quick, I had a bunch of interviews in just one week! Total of 4 interviews: 2 in the first week, then 1 the next week, and the last one in the final week. One interview had to be rescheduled because of an emergency, and they were super accommodating about it. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and professional. They seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and were pretty understanding if I messed up a bit.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had 2 initial interviews with the Talent Team, then interviewed with the Sales Enablement Leader, followed by an interview with the Inside Sales Director. After that, I did a mock sales call with the Director. The Talent Team kept in touch between interviews to discuss next steps and provide feedback, which was great and very personal. They were really thoughtful and listened well, leading to good conversations and insights for everyone involved.
