Had an initial Zoom chat, then a personality test and more interviews. The whole thing moved super fast, with the second and third stages booked within a day. It was wild because right after the personality assessment, I got an email saying they needed someone with more startup background, on the same morning my second interviews were supposed to happen. For someone who's recruited over 300 tech folks for big companies, this was pretty confusing. You'd think the second interview would be the place to discuss any hesitations, especially since they said those tests were just a guideline.

I was contacted on Linkedin by the Talent Acquisition Manager and we agreed to have an initial meeting onsite at Dixa. After that I had 2 more interviews followed by the personality test and meeting other stakeholders who were relevant to the role I was considered for.

The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screening. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. However, the recruiter initially had to cancel and then asked for my availability. I provided my availability, but never heard back. Even after reaching out to her again, I didn't receive a response. It was a very disappointing experience because I had a lot of respect for and was impressed by Dixa. This way of handling candidate experience is something I haven't encountered before. I hope they will be able to manage their candidates and the process better in the future.
