Behavioral

I had a few interviews for this job with different people. The whole thing took a few weeks. I met everyone on the team in person, which I think is good for seeing how they work together.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The overall comments about questionable management were confirmed by employees during the interview. I also interviewed with one of the exec VPs. He had thin skin when I asked about their business model, which is basically based on DVD player licenses and will die soon. The employees are nice, but I suspect the comments about bad management are probably true.
