HR Coordinator
So, I had a total of 6 interviews for this HR Coordinator role. It started with 1 phone interview and then went to 5 video interviews. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a circus. They laid out the process, but then threw in 3 more interviews out of nowhere. It was just the same questions asked over and over, and the recruiter wasn't very helpful with feedback. I didn't even hear back that I didn't get the job until a week after the 6th interview, and that was only because I followed up. I get that companies need to do their due diligence, but six 1-hour interviews is just way too much. It felt like they were micromanaging the whole process, so honestly, I think I dodged a bullet.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with our company?
- Are you capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced work setting?
- Are you willing to work substantial overtime hours?
Trainer
3 interviews in one day, I was first declined then called back to be hired. This company operates like a cattle call, with no respect for salaried employees. They are ready to fire you without explanation. After hiring, there was no follow up, I never met my boss, and I never received a computer or email address. Upper management is poor, and even clients are unhappy. It's unprofessional, so don't waste your time.
- What is your availability?
- How would you manage a difficult student in a classroom setting?
Clinician
Recruiter emailed me twice and left voicemail, sounded desperate to fill position. I had time for an on-spot interview which went well. She wanted to then "screen" me on the application, which I hadn't worked in for a year. She agreed we could do it the following week (4 days later). At the start of the "screening" she told me the position was filled over the weekend but "let's go ahead with the screening anyway." I was totally thrown off because at no time did she say there were multiple applicants ready to fill the job. I contacted the Director of Recruiting about these shoddy practices.
- Could you describe how a clinician would manage this particular order?
EPIC Ambulatory/Cadence Consultant
The interview process was done over the phone and then in person when I arrived for the project. It followed the company's policies strictly. Once I got to the airport for the project, there was another round of interviews to make sure I was eligible and qualified. They also checked all my medical test results.
- Can you define the roles I applied for?
