Great interview experience. It would be helpful if you already have experience with driving both standup and sit down forklifts. They will ask about your forklift driving experience. They will also ask about computer and scanner experience.

It was awkward. We used a third party staffing company for the initial screen. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an on-site panel interview. The feedback from the panel to the staffing company was that by using the word "situation" in my response to a situational question, I somehow showed I was lacking a developed business vocabulary.

I met with the VP of Engineering and Product Development, who gave me an overview of the company and their work. Then, the engineering manager elaborated on the specifics of the engineer role. I also connected with some other folks from different departments. They've recently adjusted their hiring process to screen candidates more efficiently. You'll first talk to an engineering team lead and the engineering manager before involving others. Expect a software competency test and the Wonderlic Test too.
