First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Diversified Maintenance Systems (Tampa).
Design Engineer
Great experience. Initially contacted by a headhunter. Then, I spoke with the Hiring Manager and even met them for lunch. The interview process was straightforward and they're looking for talented individuals. I'd recommend this company to anyone aiming to work with top clients.
- Can you tell me about your background?
- What professional skills do you possess?
- What are your views on work ethics?
Maintenance
The hiring process was very welcoming and went smoothly. I got hired the following week. The HR team explained everything and gave me info on all the documents and benefits.
- How would you organize your daily tasks for maintenance?
National Account Specialist
It was a very easy going process. The interviewer was personable and made me feel very relaxed, almost like I was already part of the team. There was no rush at all, and my questions were answered. The whole thing was easier than I expected.
- What is your earliest availability to start?
Outside Sales Representative
I was sent an assessment and then scheduled for a phone interview. I confirmed the time, which was supposed to be 30 minutes, but the interviewer only had 10-12 minutes because something came up. He was condescending and unpleasant to talk to. This was a bad first impression, and I definitely don't want to work for a company where an interview is conducted like this, especially if it was with the manager.
- Tell me about a time you demonstrated responsibility.
