Software Engineer
I had 2 interviews. First, a behavioral one with HR. Then, a technical interview where I didn't have to write any code.
- How would you reverse an array?
Software Engineer
It was an extremely nice HR who just wants to get to know what kind of person you are. It is a zoom interview where you are with two HR people. It is a very laid back interview, and they ask you around 20 questions about why you would like to work there and what you have learned about the company.
- Can you describe a situation where you explained a technical concept to someone without a technical background?
Software Developer
Had a phone screening with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with a panel of about 8 people. It felt a bit overwhelming because they asked questions quickly from everyone across different departments. It was noticeable that most of the interviewers were white men, with only a few women present, which made the 'diverse' aspect of their name seem questionable.
- Can you tell me about your experience with message-based systems?
Intern
I had an HR interview and then a technical interview. Both went well. They mainly asked about personality and experience for each. The first interview was remote, and the second was in person. The technical interview focused on my experience and knowledge.
- What would people who know you say about you?
