It was a very conversational interview process, starting with the TA and then moving on to the recruiting director and other recruiters. They asked about how I handle working in a fast-paced environment and my general mentality. Since recruiting is a tough job, they wanted to know what motivates me and how I cope with stress.

I drove a few hours for this interview and was worried because I've driven that far for interviews with other companies only to have them ask a few questions they could have asked on the phone and then never heard from them again. Everyone I met with was extremely nice and professional. I didn't feel rushed even though others were interviewing at the same time. They gave me a ton of useful information and then stayed around to make sure they answered all of my questions. They said they'd reach out to me this week but even if I don't get an offer, I wanted to write a good review because I already got the impression they care about their people as much as profit.

The interview process wasn't too bad overall. I had two phone interviews and then an in-office interview where I met with a manager and then a panel of three entry-level recruiters who are currently in the role I would be taking. I'm sure it's not a horrible company, but they really shouldn't leave candidates they've had this many interactions with completely hanging. It was very unprofessional and rude behavior towards me as a candidate. I never heard back after all that.
