Account Manager
The whole team has a say in hiring decisions, so it's not usually a one-and-done interview. I went through two interviews and a lunch before they offered me the job.
- Tell me about a mistake you made during your career.
Account Manager
Had a phone chat with the hiring manager who was super nice and told me all about the job. Then, I had another phone call with the Director of the location, and we went over in more detail why I was interested in this role. After that, I went onsite for a 2.5-hour interview with the recruiter, manager, and two senior account managers. Finally, I had a Skype call with the COO, who was really chill and easy to connect with. They also did a background check.
- What are your salary expectations?
Account Manager
It was a 3 round process of trying to impress people. They really try to get you excited about potential rewards and bonuses for doing a good job. They also bring in younger employees who might not know better. You might sign up for account management but end up being a recruiter. They seem really friendly and make you feel welcome, but honestly, it's not real. It's all a scam. Save yourself the trouble.
- Would you describe yourself as a strong leader?
- Are you comfortable working independently?
- How strong is your drive to achieve success?
