It was a really good and entertaining interview experience where I learned a lot. Everyone was encouraging and asked their questions clearly. It was a new experience for me to attend this interview.

We start with a recruiter call to go over the basics. If that goes well, you'll probably have 1-2 rounds with Senior Leads and Juniors, and then a writing test. After the writing test, there might be a final one-on-one with the CEO.

It was pretty straightforward; I met with several team members at the company and a recruiter/publicist who was the lead on hiring. It seemed like a great company doing some excellent work, but we could not agree on compensation, about which I was disappointed. Moreover, I did have the recruiter give me feedback which, although I disagreed, was highly appreciated! They took care during the interview process and seemed like some cool people to work with.

Had a not-so-great experience. Went through a few phone calls, an in-person interview, and got a nice email afterward, but then radio silence. I followed up a couple times, but eventually gave up. I guess they weren't interested anymore, which felt pretty unprofessional of them to ghost me like that.
