Applied through Apply to Education. The process was pretty quick. They were flexible with rescheduling. The interview was conducted online, during which they asked about 4-5 questions and took notes. I received an offer within two weeks.

The interview was straightforward and clear. It was held over Zoom and scheduled for 30 minutes. Feedback was given a week after the interview.

Had an 8-minute online interview with 2 staff members. They were friendly and direct. It was a basic interview and they asked for CECE documentation. They also asked about how I would help children with behavioral challenges, my experience with parts, and how to navigate the needs of the teacher.

Educational Assistant
It was a nice interview with two interviewers. They were very calm and polite, and the room was well lit with a big window. I felt valued and well listened to. The questions were fair and appropriate. Very professional and respectful!
