Behavioral Coding

The interview process was pretty chill, mostly focused on behavioral questions with just a few simple coding questions thrown in, like about incrementing stuff. Nothing too intense, but maybe review some code basics before you go in.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you explain the concept of incrementing?
  • Tell me about your background.
  • What do you consider your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

Technical Behavioral

I applied online and got a call to set up an online interview on Teams. It took 23 days from applying to getting the interview. The phone interview was with the team lead. The interviewer asked why I applied since I didn't have C++ experience. They directed which of my experiences I should talk about, like asking me to discuss my leadership experience focusing on a specific project. I never heard back after they said I'd hear in 1-2 weeks.

  • Tell me about a time you took on a leadership role.

Technical Coding Behavioral

I got contacted about two weeks after applying. First, I had an online skills test where I could pick C++ or C#. It had coding analysis and definition questions. Then, there was a 30-minute phone interview. The final round was an in-person panel interview that was about 50/50 technical and personality questions. They did a background check, and I got the offer a few days after the in-person interview.
