Associate Attorney
It kicked off with a phone chat, then an online test to see if I'd be a good fit, followed by two in-person meetings. It was pretty chill and practical, like talking to real people. I met with a senior lawyer and also the firm administrator.

There was a zoom call where someone from PA asked me questions. It was recorded and the hiring manager will see it. If the hiring manager likes me, then there will be another zoom call.

Paralegal
I applied online and they got back to me for a phone interview that same week. It was pretty short and mostly asked about my background and experience for the job. Then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview.
- Can you describe your understanding of pre-settlement personal injury claims?
- Have you dealt with challenging clients before?

It was pretty chill and friendly. They asked the usual stuff. Basically, why hire you, what can you bring to the table, talk about your good and bad points, and how you take feedback.
