I talked with one manager and one executive. It was pretty informal and flowed naturally, with conversations and questions in a professional setting. It was pretty straightforward since it's a corporate IT role.

I felt comfortable during the interview. Emily was very nice and straight forward. We talked about every aspect of the job, including integrity, which I was very surprised and happy to hear about as it shows people still care about integrity in this world.

First you need to submit an online application and complete an employment quiz. Then, you'll interview with the Resident Monitor Supervisor and the Center Director. They mentioned there are lots of opportunities and hours available, but I'm not sure if that's true. You'll also need to get fingerprinted and pass a background check.
