Started with a phone screen, then went through three panel interviews that were technical. They were pretty easy and focused on my resume. There were also some personality questions. Finished with two calls to talk about the offer.

I had a quick and pleasant phone chat. We talked about my skills, what the company needed, and some logistics. It was interesting because DISHER helps some of their partners hire people, so I was actually interviewing for jobs at two different companies, not DISHER itself.

First, I had a quick chat with the Talent Team to get a feel for the job and the company. Then, I talked to the team lead on the phone for like an hour. After the phone calls, I did one in-person interview with the whole team. They didn't try to grill me or make me feel awkward at all.

Had a quick chat with HR first, they asked some basic questions and told me about the job. Then I had a Skype interview with the engineering folks. The engineers took turns coming in: first the head of engineering, then a couple of engineers together, then some more engineers, and finally 2 HR people.
