I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager. It was clear, concise, and informative. I felt the hiring manager was very knowledgeable about what to expect and didn't hide any potentially negative aspects.

I had my first interview with Cassandra, and it went so well that I decided to fly out for the final interview at my own expense, even though I was already on vacation. Cassandra asked me when I could start and said she'd be in touch the following week, but then I never heard from her again.

The Executive Director of Mariposa by Discovery Senior Living in Lake Worth texted me for an interview. When I arrived, I was greeted by the ED and Assistant ED. They exchanged a glance right after meeting me. The interview was cut short after just 3 minutes of us sitting together and me answering "tell me about yourself." The ED said they were looking for someone with more experience, which I found contradictory since she reached out to me because of my many years in the senior living industry. I'm not sure if they hired someone else and forgot to cancel, or if it was some form of discrimination, or something else entirely. They also said they didn't want to waste any more of my time, even though I had already taken the day off work for this.

The interview process was super smooth and the interviewer was really helpful and understanding. Unlike some other places where interviews felt like interrogations, this one was different. I felt really comfortable and relaxed. Not only did the interview go well, but the interviewer got back to me super fast afterwards and even followed up to let me know what the next steps were.
