It's a really straightforward hiring process, and they'll keep you updated on your application status. They even give you a feedback sheet after the interview with your questions and answers, which is cool for seeing where you could've done better. The whole thing wraps up in about 3 days.

The interview process involved a CV screening, two phone interviews, an assessment day in Birmingham with group tasks and a 1:1 interview, numerical, verbal reasoning and aptitude tests, and a 2-minute video submission. Despite specifying the target role multiple times, I was put forward for the wrong position, requiring a partial re-application. A 'pre assessment day prep call' was scheduled for the company's assessment day but never happened, leaving me feeling underprepared. The feedback received was brief and patronizing, with comparisons to other candidates, and I've been ignored since.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me about your weaknesses and how you manage them?
  • Describe a situation where you had to ask someone to do something they were reluctant to do.
