I started with an HR recruiter chat. Then I had interviews with 3 other people, including department managers and someone from the legal team. I sent a thank-you email a few days later. About a week after that, I asked for an update on my job application. I never heard back from them at all. No rejection email or anything. It felt like I just disappeared to them. Super unprofessional for a company to not even send a simple 'you didn't get the job' email. I applied for a bunch of jobs there, and I was really overqualified for all of them. I thought the interviews went great. It's impossible to know what I could do better when I get zero feedback. Really let down by the whole thing.

I had a phone screen that went well, so they scheduled the next round of interviews for the following week. I met virtually with 4 higher level employees and an HR person. I was told I would hear back within 1-2 weeks, because they were planning on training taking place 3 weeks later. I followed up again after 2 weeks, and I was told they were still making a decision. I have an acquaintance that interviewed there 3 weeks after I did, and received an offer 3 days later, so I get the impression they just don’t want to hire me. It is very unprofessional in my opinion to not provide that feedback to a candidate, even if the news is bad. The lack of communication from this place is very unprofessional.

It was a really thorough interview process. I had some great, in-depth chats with a bunch of the senior leaders and execs. They were all super upfront about the challenges, what opportunities there are, and what makes working here rewarding. I really liked that we had an open conversation so I could make sure it was a good fit for my skills and that I'd fit in with the team.

Applied online, got a voicemail to call back. Spoke with the hiring manager and scheduled my interview for early the next week. Interviewed first with the department supervisor, then was introduced to the leading legal manager. The HR coordinator followed up the next week, and a few days later, I got and returned the employment offer.
