I had 2 interviews via zoom. After that, I was completely ghosted. I followed up two times and heard nothing back. It was a waste of my time. The interviews themselves were fine, but it's very unprofessional to not respond at all.

Behavioral

It's a pretty basic interview process, with questions likely pulled from a quick Google search. You'll go into a conference room where some managers who aren't really prepared will ask you simple questions. They don't seem to pay much attention to your answers, and as long as you make a good impression, you're almost sure to get the job. Having leadership experience is good, but it's not a dealbreaker if you don't.

Sue gave me a tour of the exhibits, talking about what volunteers do there. We then chatted in an interview room. Later, after I finished the live scan, she gave a presentation with more info for new volunteers.
