So the interview process for this CRC role started with a phone interview where they wanted to go over my qualifications and experience. Then there were some technical parts covering EKG/Lab, and QA experience. They also asked about my background in regulatory affairs, enrollment processes, data entry, IVRS systems, and experience with site qualification questionnaires, site visits, and close-out visits. Understanding patient eligibility criteria, FDA guidelines, SOPs, NIH regulations, IATA guidelines, and relevant certifications like CCRC or CRCP were also discussed.

I had a very bland interview with the HR person. Then, I had a very pushy and loud interview with the CEO. It was very uncomfortable. If it seems too good to be true, BEWARE - it is. Very poor quality and personnel. This is a sad excuse for a Clinical Research company. I don't know how it's still going. Just really bad choice all around.
