Behavioral Technical Coding Case

The interview process had 4 rounds, but I only had 3. First, a recruiter call with standard behavioural questions. Then, a hiring manager call that included behavioural, SQL, Python, and a Case Study. The final round was with 3 people and involved behavioural questions, SQL & Python, and a Case study. They are looking for team players, people who are coachable, and familiar with finance.

Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

this interview went over a span of 5 months , with one round of interview I had to give at 2 am cause I was on a vacation and yet the company pulled of the off they made. My visa status was reviewed by the company's law firm before interview and was given a go to start interview and after the verbal offer again was reviewed and flagged a high risk. HR and hiring team was not proactive in the whole process and this was sheer of time. Most irresponsible Hiring team I have seen in this unprecedented time when the firms are taking that extra leap of making the process fast and smooth for candidates.
