So the interview process has four rounds in total. First, there's a phone interview. After that, you'll interview with your direct manager, then there's a brainteaser interview, and the last round is a skip-level manager interview. Except for the first phone interview, the other three rounds are done one after another. The interview experience was pretty good, they basically asked questions related to your resume and some common statistical questions.

I applied for the job and got a referral, so the hiring manager reached out to me first. Then, HR contacted me about two weeks later to schedule another phone interview. After that, I was told about an onsite interview on Friday, which was scheduled on Tuesday. I couldn't reschedule because I had a medical appointment already. The onsite involved four interviews with two managers each.

The on-site included technical coding problems using SQL and Python based on a case study, as well as statistics questions covering p-value and hypothesis testing. They also asked behavioral questions about my company knowledge, why I was interested in the position, and my career aspirations.
