Account Manager
Applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview, but they never called. Three days later, the recruiter called me out of the blue. After that phone chat, I had an interview with the HR manager where I was asked standard questions like why I wanted to work there and for examples of past experiences. Then, she gave me some cards and asked me to identify strengths and areas for improvement. After that, I met the hiring manager in Dover. She had me read a disclosure document that's given to customers. She liked me and said I'd hear back in three days, but I actually got the job offer about 20 minutes later.

Account Manager
You start with an email, so keep an eye on your inbox! There are two tests required: one practical and one personality assessment. After that, you'll have a phone interview. If you pass this stage, they'll talk about pay and scheduling and set up your second interview. The second interview is in person and is quite brief, but different from a typical interview. If you're successful here, there's one final interview with the head of HR. After this, they'll let you know if you've been hired and give you a tour. Then, they'll schedule you to come back to sign paperwork, do an on-site drug test, and get your picture taken for a badge.

Account Manager
The interview process when I was hired consisted of three interviews or levels. The first one was HR, the second was a team leader, and the third was a department manager. You need to pass each level to get hired and the questions get a bit harder each time. Just keep it professional, on topic (relevant), and having experience or talking about sales really helps. It seems overkill to really go to the level they make you go through for a job. They really should talk to you for a bit, confirm you are not a criminal and a decent person and give you a shot.
