I had an interview with my future manager and the department manager. They asked me questions about my experience, character, and career goals. I asked about salary, but they said HR handles that. Then, I had an interview with the HR manager. After that, I had a full day of assessments including team dynamics, a self-presentation, and tests in English, memory, creativity, vocabulary, and math. Finally, I got the call that I was hired and negotiated salary and start date with HR.
