The process started with a welcome, then the HR person introduced themselves. I then talked about my skills and resume. Questions about availability, salary expectations, and willingness to travel followed. Then I got to ask some questions to the HR person. The HR person answered my questions, like how work is evaluated.

It was a relaxed process with good questions. They asked about the responsibilities mentioned in the job posting. A second conversation was needed, where they essentially test you on the tasks you'd be doing. This made it quite time-consuming for the applicant because you always had to wait for a response.

After my online application, I got a call and a quick interview appointment. It was a one-on-one meeting where they checked details from my application by asking questions. The whole hiring process was quite easy. The salary negotiation wasn't great though. The promised, surely possible increases weren't kept. The billing to the end customer is 2 to 3 times the salary.
