I applied online through my university job search site and got an email a few weeks later to schedule an interview. After the interview was set up, I went to their Venice office. It is a business-casual work place, but for the interview I dressed business- professional to be safe. After that interview I was told I would hear back about coming in for a second interview with the founder of the company. After that I was offered the job about a week later.

First, there was a quick phone screening. Then, for the in-person interview, it was a new, interesting experience. We went for coffee, which made me feel more comfortable. I learned a lot about the company and the potential role. The interviewer was very intelligent, and we connected well. The interview felt short and more like a casual chat. They did mention they were changing the role and pushing back the hiring date.

It was a pretty smooth, conversational interview process. It really helps if you come prepared with details from your resume. There were two interviews, and it was a little unclear when they might have openings. I enjoyed talking with the current employees about their experiences.

It started with a phone interview, and then there was a group interview. The interview I had was a "normal interview." They asked about past experience, my reasons for wanting to intern there, and some strengths and weaknesses. I was scheduled to interview with 3 employees, but I only ended up interviewing with 2. It was a smooth process overall.
