When I first applied, it was for the Frisco location. They got confused and thought I was applying for the Southlake position when they scheduled a phone interview, and the Frisco spot was already taken. The second time, I applied for the Plano location, which went much better. They set up an in-person interview at the actual work location with the Director of Operations. It was pretty laid-back, and she was nice. The questions weren't too tough, although she did get a little personal, asking about the lowest point in my life recently. I wasn't sure how it related to the job but answered anyway. Overall, it was a positive experience, and they got back to me quickly to schedule a second interview.

This was actually one of the best interview experiences I've had! Everyone was very friendly and informative. First, there was a phone interview, then two in-person interviews. The gentlemen that I interviewed with made sure that the environment was relaxed and I felt that they took the time to try to get to know me. The final interview was even held over drinks. They were very clear that culture is extremely important to them and something that the company values greatly.
