Applying to getting the offer took about 1.5 months. First, I got an email with two assessments to make sure I was a good fit. After sending those in and the team reviewed them, I got a link to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted a bit over 30 minutes and it was great talking with Steph. She was nice, welcoming, and put me at ease. She asked about my interest in the job, my work history, my current processes, and how they compared to DOM's. Steph really knows DOM and answered all my questions. Next, I had a final in-person interview at the Pittsburgh office. This interview was about 2 hours long and I met with the Director of Operations, two Client Success Managers, and the president. They said I'd hear back in two weeks either way, and I got the offer almost exactly two weeks later.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview process for DOM was quite extensive, lasting roughly 2.5 months from application submission to offer. It began with a personality assessment to gauge team fit. After this, I had a phone interview with Steph, which felt more like a casual chat than an interrogation. If successful, the next step was either an in-person or Zoom interview, which could last 1-2 hours and might involve meeting several people. Finally, I had a one-on-one with the company President. I was expecting to hear back within two weeks, and I got the offer in one week.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty average interview process. It started with 2 assessments to gauge personality and cognitive ability. Satisfactory scores led to a phone screen. After that, I had to complete another assessment more directly related to the job. If that was acceptable, I moved on to four 30-minute Zoom interviews back-to-back with different people. They said I'd hear back in about 2 weeks, but then they ghosted me. I liked the people, but the hiring timeline was really slow. It took about a month total for the interviews and assessments, then another 2 weeks for a decision. That's a month and a half, which is way too long for this role. And they ghosted me after saying they'd let me know.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first applied, and then completed a behavioral assessment and cognitive assessment. After that, I had a phone interview with the company where they explained the position well and then the next steps. I was then invited to complete a technical assessment where I had to send some of my work to an email listed in the Word document. Unfortunately, the email address didn't exist, and no one on the hiring team caught this mistake before the deadline. I emailed the career office about this issue, but never heard back. I finally heard back after leaving a voicemail for a hiring team member and was sent the correct email address. I was then asked to complete another official job application and was invited to their office the following day for in-person interviews with their hiring team. They each explained the position and company well. As I was leaving, they said I'd hear back after the holidays, but I could email them if I had questions in the meantime. This round was right before the holidays. I waited two weeks through the holidays and then another whole week after to email the hiring team about a follow-up, but she never responded. It took her almost three weeks after my follow-up email to send a generic email saying they appreciated my effort and interest. I was genuinely interested in working there and put in a lot of effort, but they showed very little effort and interest in me as a candidate throughout the process. I will never apply to work for a company like this again.
