First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Direct Fairways.
Sales Representative
The hiring manager was unpleasant and condescending, making me feel like I was being treated poorly. I decided against proceeding with the role because, in addition to being a sales position, I had a strong feeling of being constantly monitored and micromanaged by her. This was my immediate impression.
- Do you own a computer?
Sales Representative
It was a really straightforward process. Basically, you just read from a script. They'll ask you a few questions and then set you up for training. I've had way easier interviews than this one.
- Do you have previous sales experience?
Team Leader
I saw the opening on a job board and sent in my application. Someone got in touch to schedule an interview. I went in for the interview. A few days later, they called me back for a second interview and I got the offer. I started the following week.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What's your approach to dealing with rejection?
- Can you work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM?
Sales Representative
The interview process was very easy. They asked me questions about myself because the director runs his floor like a family, so he looks at not only your skills but also your personality. Basic questions about experience and work ethic questions were asked.
- What is your motivation?
- What do you need from this job to help you achieve your motivation?
