There was an extensive interview with upper management, looking to see the direction and role you are looking to take in the future and the growth of the company. I was called right off the bat to come in for an in person interview. I drove 8 hours to meet the for an interview and the person doing the interview was late and hung over. Very unprofessional. I was told I am a good fit and to send references. The last thing I hear is the position is on hold and to check back with him after the quarter ends. No HR staff just one guy in a warehouse. Be Careful with this company.
