Inside Sales Account Representative
Had a great meeting this morning with sales manager Jeff Ruby, it was super refreshing. I usually dread group interviews, but this one was surprisingly relaxed and conversational. I'm actually liking this position more than I expected, and I'm ready to really go for it! It's cool for someone analytical like me to hear that I don't need to fake a lot of empathy to do well in sales. I can just do what's natural for me: research, find solutions, and close deals. This is just the start, and I'm hoping it leads to an offer.

Sales
had an initial interview with an HR person over the phone, the questions they asked were pretty standard and simple to answer, nothing really challenging and it didn't make me super interested in moving forward, the interviewer seemed to be just reading off a script and didn't push back on anything I said, not even when I didn't cover all parts of the question.
- Can you go over your past experience that's relevant for this job?
Visual Inspector
My interview process was pretty quick since I have 5 years of experience in solder assembly and know my way around components. The managers and recruiters were super nice. I got a quick response and a pretty good offer in the end.
- In what ways are you a good fit for this company?
Sales Representative
The group interview was a good way to learn about the company and ask questions. Then, I had a phone interview with the Sales Manager where we discussed my background, followed by another call with one of their top reps. Everyone I spoke with was really interested in making sure I understood the role completely.
