Stock Supervisor
Applied online for the Stock Supervisor position and got an email to set up an interview almost right away. I replied with my availability, but then didn't hear back, so I had to email again to follow up. They finally got back to me and changed the interview from in-person to a virtual call. It was super short, like 5 minutes. They asked me two questions, and then I spent the rest of the time asking them questions.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Marketing
Process was smooth and fast: first an HR interview a few days after sending the application, the following week a manager interview, and finally a last interview with the n+2 one more week later to validate the profile. Got the offer a few days later. In total, a 1-month process.

Store Manager
The interview was pretty standard, focusing on leadership scenarios. It was a letdown though. The interviewer felt distant and disconnected, and the interview setting was really uncomfortable. What was really eye-opening was the complete lack of follow-up afterwards. Candidates should always get some kind of follow-up, even if it's just to say they're moving forward with someone else. A quick email or call saying thanks for their time but they've chosen another applicant is typical. The poor interview experience should have tipped me off about the lack of follow-up.

Tech Engineer
The interview process was disorganized and took a long time to get a response, requiring constant follow-ups with the recruiter. The hiring manager was nice and professional but didn't seem to know what to ask or what he was looking for. The first interview was supposed to be 45 minutes but went for almost two hours. He then scheduled another interview, which was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it also went for an hour and 20 minutes. Many questions were repetitive, and it seemed like he didn't know what to ask or what he wanted. Ultimately, they didn't hire anyone for the position due to indecisiveness, poor communication, and lack of industry knowledge.
