I got there a little early, and someone at the front desk told me the hiring manager was busy and to wait. After waiting for more than half an hour, someone who wasn't the hiring manager took me to an office for a 15-minute chat. They asked some basic questions and then said they'd give me a tour and introduce me to the hiring manager. I thought I was getting a tour, but I ended up waiting in the lobby again for another 15 minutes. The person who interviewed me then asked if I needed anything else. When I said I thought I was going to meet the hiring manager, they just said no and told me to have a good day. So I left. It felt really disorganized and messy, and the dogs didn't seem happy there, which made me feel uneasy too.
