I got hired through a temp agency and the whole hiring process was super fast! I was brought on as a full-time employee in less than a month. Within the first week, I had to do a skills test, an IQ test, a typing test, a drug test (follicle), and an interview.

Got a phone screen before the main interview. The in-person interview was just me and one interviewer, who was super nice and even showed me around the office. They also gave me a computer skills test. All in all, the whole thing from interview to offer took about a week.

I interviewed with a manager for a Claim Associate role. The job seemed cool but wasn't quite what I was looking for, as my background is in carrier-based insurance. The questions were pretty basic and easy. HR also administered a basic skills assessment test. The whole thing was pretty average, about what you'd expect.

The whole process was super fast, only about 7 days from start to finish before I got the offer. First, I interviewed with the person who held the role before me and my future manager. Then, the final round was with my manager's bosses.
