I applied on reed.co.uk and was invited to a first interview with the area manager and the deputy of the unit. They were professional and approachable, and understood my English struggles back then. After that, I had an interview at the city office and was then transferred to the unit by the manager. Before starting, I did some online training at the city office and some in my own time. My DBS needed to be completed before I could start at the care home.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online, which was very easy. But the job role in the interview seemed a bit sketchy. The feedback on culture didn't really match the values in the ad. People were polite, but I only really liked two out of the three interviewers. Also, because of the location, they sent me back down from the receptionist's area even though I was early and they weren't ready. Then they were 15 minutes late to start the interview. Finally got interviewed, did a test, and then I was on my way. It was a good experience, though a bit of a waste of time. It did help me understand where the negative feedback within the organization comes from.
