I applied online and then got an email to set up a phone screen. The Head of Talent, Lisa, did a 30-min phone interview where she asked about my HR and Talent background. I haven't heard back from her, even though I have 5 years of experience in HR/Recruiting. I think my salary expectations might have been too high for them.

This was the longest and most useless hiring process I've ever been through. I talked to five different people over three months. When I went to the office for interviews, the people who were supposed to interview me never showed up. During this whole process, one of the HR managers left the company. It took months and at some point, I was just curious if they would ever give me an answer. It was a complete waste of my time. For the number of interviews they did, the salary they offered was less than the market average. If anyone applies here, I hope they take less than 5 months to give you an answer. Honestly, it's a joke, don't waste your time. I never got an answer even after following up.

The phone call was scheduled for 12 PM, but I called at 11:50 AM and ended up speaking with a screener for the initial interview. I was informed that the position was completely unpaid, and although I expressed continued interest, my tone likely reflected a decrease in enthusiasm. During this call, I was asked basic questions about the company's history and current initiatives, so it's important to be familiar with those. They also inquired about my aspirations for the internship and my life goals, so be ready with answers for those kinds of questions.

I spoke with the recruiting manager a few weeks after submitting my application. I then had interviews with two people. They mentioned they'd let me know by the end of the week because they needed time to make a good decision, given the large number of applicants. The whole interview process was smooth and well-organized, with interesting questions. The recruiting manager was professional.
