You'll go through a three-stage selection process. First, you'll chat with HR. Then, you'll meet with both the HR and the GM. Finally, you'll have a meeting with the M.D. The initial chat might be virtual, but the second and third stages will be in person, possibly even on the same day.

it was okay and fair but I felt some of the questions could have been worded better to ensure equality for all candidates. For example, they asked very technical stuff I wasn't expecting, and how was I supposed to know that when it's not my background?

I applied online to two stores, and got a call back about 5 days later. The number I was called from was for one store, but I had to go to a different store for the interview. So, I actually had to go to two different stores before my interview began. The interview itself was pretty easy, they asked normal questions, and the interviewer said he'd let me know if I got the job. Unfortunately, I didn't get a call back, but it felt like a good interview. It was a bit of a hassle driving to the correct store after the initial associate had to call around for me.
