First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Diksha Technologies.
Front End Engineer
From the vendor's side, it was pretty straightforward, just some basic background and history. Then, they passed it along to the client who had technical questions, including a coding test that involved a simple algorithm, although it wasn't specifically a front-end one.
- Can you tell me about the stacks/technologies you typically use?
- We have a coding test involving a simple algorithm.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was very easy and not great quality. It felt like they were mostly just going through the motions, looking for someone who would agree to everything. Sometimes if a good candidate shows up, they hire them right away.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is the grep command used for?
- Would you be willing to work night shifts?
Senior Android Developer
It was a two-step telephonic technical interview process, followed by an HR round, also conducted over the phone. The HR person inquired about my availability for an early start. They took three days to send the salary breakup, after which they extended a job offer. I accepted, but then they became unresponsive. After several attempts to contact HR, I was informed that the client was not providing feedback, and that my time had been wasted.
- Can you explain all android components?
- Do you have knowledge of some java questions?
Business Analyst
It was a 3 step process. The first interview was a detailed one that lasted about 1 hour. The second interview was with a senior person and lasted about 25 minutes. The third interview was shorter, lasting around 10 minutes. The detailed interview was amazing and I felt confident about it. The interviewers were looking for candidates with strong domain knowledge and a good attitude.
- Were there questions from your CV?
- Were there questions from the Domain?
